Trinity Cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh will join other cathedrals around the world in ringing bells in solidarity with the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, following the fire this week at that famous church in Parish. Trinity’s largest bell will toll for seven minutes. While cathedrals are choosing their own times and duration for this tribute, Trinity’s ringing coincides with the tolling of the great bell at Washington National Cathedral, the seat of the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church.
