The Beloved Community Initiative (BCI) will be running Sacred Ground sessions throughout this coming program year in various locations and rooms are available for those wanting to participate.
There will be several 10-week sessions running Through October 2023.
Participants can attend even if someone misses sessions.
Started on June 27, 2023 to September 11, 2023:
- Tuesdays at 6 pm with dinner provided at St. James Episcopal Church, Penn Hills (Dr. David Boyd and Shahnaz Alam-Denlingerleader)
Starting on August 28, 2023 to October 12, 2023:
- Mondays at 6:00 p.m. at St. Andrews, Highland Park, Pittsburgh, PA (Led By Shahnaz Alam-Denlinger and another Lead)
Starting on October 12, 2023:
- St. Paul’s, Mt. Lebanon
Starting on November 9, 2023 to January 18, 2024:
- St. Thomas, Oakmont, Pa. ( Thursdays at 6 PM led by Shahnaz Alam-Denlinger and a co-lead)
Starting on February 2024 to March 2024 (8 weeks)
- Level 2 Sacred Ground sessions at Calvary Church, East Liberty
- Level 2 Sacred Ground Sessions at St. Thomas, Oakmont
BCI can add additional locations as needed.
BCI will also accommodate anyone who wants to participate but cannot attend in-person by offering a Zoom option for any of the sessions.
