As part of the Downtown Light-up Night Festivities on Friday, November 18, the diocese's Pittsburgh Youth Initiative will join Trinity Cathedral and welcome guests for a time of “spiritual refuge” in the middle of the festivities. Trinity’s Choir welcomes local Christian jazz ensemble One Voice as they perform medleys of seasonal music.
Outside the cathedral, youth from St. Stephen’s, Wilkinsburg's Neighborhood Youth Outreach Program will provide special entertainment.
Additionally, attendees are invited to light a votive candle near one of the three Christ windows in the Cathedral’s Nave to offer prayers for specific needs during the upcoming season.
Light refreshments will be provided and “Franktuary”, the gourmet hot dog shop at the Cathedral’s Oliver Avenue entrance, will be open as well with food for purchase!
If you have any questions, please call Vickie O’Brien (412-295-5616) or Brent Hansen (412-491-9738).
Hope to see everyone there!
