The Greater Pittsburgh Interfaith Coalition (GPIC) was formed to build bridges of trust, understanding, cooperation and respect in the neighborhoods of Greater Pittsburgh. Committee members represent various faiths and organizations that have a strong belief in interfaith dialogue.
The coalition is hosting their first event this year with a presentation bythe Rev. Dr. Lucinda Mosher, an Episcopal Church Foundation Fellow who serves the faculty of Hartford Seminary and is the director of their Interfaith Chaplaincy Program. More here.
She will speak on "Interfaith Dialogue in Neighborhoods". It is being held at Sullivan Hall, St. Mary of the Mount Church on Mt. Washington on September 14th at 2 p.m. This is a free event and all are welcome.
