Each year, in celebration of the holiday season and in our Christian tradition, The Church of the Atonement in Carnegie serves over 200 FREE hot meals on Christmas Day and you are invited to join them. The dining room is open to all!
This year, the chefs are preparing delicious roasted pork, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, apple sauce, buttered rolls and a variety of tasty desserts. Volunteers deliver hot dinners to the door with a holiday check-in and cheer for the elderly, shut-ins, Veterans, and the ill or disabled. Call Megan at 412-531-1978 to schedule a dinner delivery. If leaving a message, please provide your name, address, telephone number and how many dinners are being ordered. A confirmation call will be returned to you. Accepting orders until December 20th. Dinner deliveries typically arrive on Christmas Day between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
For others, the dining hall opens from 1 p.m to 3 p.m. on Christmas Day. The tree will be lighted, carols will be playing and our volunteer servers will provide you, your family and friends with full table service. Don’t sit home alone! Come, join the fun, dine on a wonderful home cooked meal and share the joy of Christmas with us and neighbors! Walk-ins and reservations welcome. Call Megan at 412-531-1978 for seating.

Church of the Atonement in Carnegie seeks VOLUNTEERS to deliver and/or serve dinners on Christmas Day for its traditional free Christmas Day Dinner & Open Dining Room event.
You are welcome to come and help for any period of time – as many minutes or hours as you have! Opportunities to help and their available times are:

Volunteers are welcome to join the dinner in the dining room, too. Bring a friend or family member(s)!
