Anne Rudig, the Director of Communication for the Episcopal Church, will speak on "New Tools for Becoming a Welcoming Church in the Third Millennium" when the diocese holds its next Leadership Day on February 12.
Her presentation will cover the latest research about membership in our church and how trends such as social media affect our image. She will also include examples of congregations that have successfully embraced their tradition and legacy in attacting young members.
Leadership Days are generally intended for the members of the governing bodies of the diocese and the chairs of other committees. Given its topic, the February 12th event is open to all clergy, vestry leaders, and others who may be interested.
