St. Luke's Georgetown

When a deputy appears from St. Luke’s, Georgetown, a question arises as to whether it has ever been admitted to union with the diocese.  Georgetown appeared on the 1814 list of parishes, but has not participated in convention until now.  After reviewing how that list was created, the committee concludes that the list did determine who was in union with the convention as of that date (Brownsville and Pittsburgh are also on that 1814 list), so the deputy was seated and Georgetown deemed admitted.
