Dear friends,
It is with joy that I share with you the news of my appointment of Rich Creehan as Liturgical Officer for our diocese. This is a volunteer position, which Rich has already begun to fulfill in many ways. For example, Rich helped plan the most recent ordinations we had this year.
As Liturgical Officer, Rich will play a significant role with the planning of diocesan-related worship services. As many of you already know, Rich is one of our most experienced vergers, and his knowledge of our Episcopal Liturgy is commendable. I am grateful for Rich’s wisdom and competence, and for his willingness to contribute of his time and energy for the benefit of our common life. Please join me in congratulating Rich on this new and vital role.
