Interfaith Healing Service in Johnstown

As part of its monthly Community Common Prayer series, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 335 Locust Street, Johnstown, PA, is hosting an Interfaith Healing Service on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.

A healing service is a time when we pray for, lay hands on, and anoint with oil, individuals who are in the midst of struggle, asking and trusting God to bring healing.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We extend a special invitation to those who are battling or have battled breast cancer, or any other type of cancer, and those who love them. Everyone in need of healing for themselves or others is welcome.

In addition, there will be opportunities for individual blessings and anointings for all who seek healing.

Refreshments and conversation will be available after the service in the Parish Hall.
All are welcome. For additional information about this service or our Community Common Prayer series, please contact the Rev. Nancy Threadgill at 814-535-6797 or revnancy-stmarks@atlanticbbn.net
